Meisen as a professional manufacturer of the different construction metrials, we not only produce the WPC profiles,but also we have 20 production lines for the polystyrene (PS) products,which are made from HIPS features none-sheen,realistic 3D wooden textures on all four sides.It has good structures,abrasion resistence,and slip resistant in wet conditions.As the main metrial is the HIPS,no wood fiber contents,it is water proof,mildew roofing,fadeless,and won`t warp,crack or splinter.Also it is 100% recyclable due to the pure material.
The different wood grain patterns are heat transferred on the surface,look and feel like a real wood in gravity,hardness,appearance and texture,but much light weight.It can be directly sawn,glued,nailed,planed and drilled.
